Steel rails and plates or surfaces moulded into the mineral casting part, which are carried out with mineral pre-casting, are milled on suitable processing centres. In this respect, we work together with reliable partner companies.

Mineral cast surfaces can be ground by our partner companies with special discs. A suitable geometry for grinding (e.g. grinding disc run-out) is important.

In temperature-regulated halls, casting enables highly accurate surfaces to be produced on the mineral casting part without machine processing. The contour of precise casting jigs is transferred to the mineral casting part by means of special coating systems.

Complex structures for machine frames can be assembled with high precision by bonding two or several individual components together. In this way, frame structures are possible which would not be technically and/or economically possible with conventional materials.

Different components can be fixed to the mineral cast frame with exact dimensions using special sealing compounds. Also in this case, it is possible to achieve the highest accuracy of fit with low production and assembly effort. These compounds are able to withstand high loads with an optimum flow of forces and an excellent cushioning effect.
